today's running was bad, tired first we ran 600m then 800m then
200x10,total= 2400m!! sprints pancet beb!
but after that training was fun!
especial the part where din make stupid jokes.

because of that stupid incident on the table.
kay i was sleepy so i decided to tak a nap on the floor,
then without realising i accidentally banged my head at the corner of the table,

hey,
im updating to post pictures and videos about ytd.
my team does not really know how to bond,
but the whole thing was ok lah overall,
i hated the amazing race my team had no senior in it ,
even tough have faiz,he did not join us at all in the amzing race,
but its not really fair as the other teams had 1 or 2 seniors,
other team had a lot of fun i can see that,
during the games at the hockey pitch,
it was fun,the dog and bone and all,
but he somehow spoiled my mood,
but nevermind i understand why,
but still i think he should have joined us in the amazing race,
btw our team was last.

luckily bowling made my day better,
i was second in my lane,
nothing to do i took videos of team,



so far the camp was ok.
but my legs are painful now.
due to ytd dog and bone,
kay today floorball got game,
with vjc.
kay gtg got to mit maygan later,

training;

hey, just came back meeting umar,wani& danie at mac. did hmwk;rajin kans?^^ but i did not haha. ramai paitao, hmpft!

yesterday. was damn fun & gerek! watched a movie called my sister's keeper. its about a girl named katy she had leukamia since 5. but her mother could not accept it at al, she went against fate, by trying everything she could to save katy, including make a baby, by make i mean forcing a particular genes to a sperm, and put it into an egg, her name anna. when she grow up she realised she has the right to control her body, so she find a lawyer, she won the case as anna brother jesse told the truth, that katy wanna die as she does not want to go against fate, she wants to accept the truth that she is dying. so in the end katy died. i like the ending was so sad.
the movie made me cry as i remembered my late mum and late amirrulhafiq :(
i miss them :(

a lot of people still cant understand y some has to live and some has to die,
i guess its one thing we will never understand,
but all that we know its
we can never go againts faith and god will,
as he knows when is the time to take a
person life away from their love ones,
and all that we can do is accept the truth,
spend more time with them,and treasure all that you have before its gone.

miss lovees

hey peoples^^
sorry for did not update for long long time
malas beb!
haha kay im missing my baybeyhs and dudes,
maybe it will be a long post todday,


thursday went to gym,
with mia,syai,syasya,hidayah,ama,and me
wasvery keycoh ang fun ^^ as usual!
went study in morning,then gym,then go eat,then lepak.


friday,
floorball training as usaual.

saturday,
no training,
went to farmart ,
then go fish farm,
something funny happened

sunday,
morning cannot go anywhere :(
but at around 5.00pm
izatul called ask me whether want to follow he r
go watch sharifah aini concert?
then i plead myaunt,
she say ok,
reached home at 12.50am.
luckily all sleep ready hahah
was fun,and tiring.

training,
angkat weiights as usual cos raining,

today,
no training,
going out with syai & her mum..
